What we do
Together21 is all about supporting families with children with Down syndrome. We want to create a community of parents and carers, and their children, where everyone’s included. We host regular events in Belfast for our families, and have a WhatsApp community group for parents. Find out more below!
Parents’ WhatsApp group
Our parents’ WhatsApp group is open to any parent with a child with trisomy 21 in Northern Ireland and has over 100 members so far! It’s a space to connect, share advice and support one another.
Events
Together 21 runs family events throughout the year – from seasonal parties to big celebrations for World Down Syndrome Day on 21 March! We also have a programme of music and sensory classes for babies, toddlers and small children. All our events are open to anyone with a child with trisomy 21 from across Northern Ireland, and the whole family can come along too.
Fundraising
As a registered charity we rely on fundraising, and our families love to get together and raise money for Together 21. From bag packs and running events to getting your school involved, there are lots of ways to join in!
